Does this opportunity resonate with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the School’s Technical-Administrative Staff, monitoring daily activities, analyzing processes, and suggesting improvements to ensure smooth administrative operations. * Prepare work schedules as needed, assigning staff members and adjusting team composition to guarantee execution of School activities. * Conduct periodic meetings with the School’s Technical-Administrative Staff, convening them to align information and guidelines relevant to individual and collective interests. * Carry out selection processes, terminations, and hiring, as required by the School, ensuring staffing levels meet established needs. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations following the Institution’s management model, providing feedback to identify training and development needs of staff members. * Monitor and manage staff attendance records via a dedicated system to verify punctuality, make necessary corrections, and take appropriate actions. * Process vacation requests for the Technical-Administrative Staff using the designated system to comply with labor legislation. * Issue and control purchase orders, inventory requisitions, and service requests related to the School via specific systems to maintain necessary supplies for School activities. * Supervise all facilities occupied by the School through periodic inspections, requesting preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning of spaces. * Monitor classroom assignments for the building, making occasional reservations via the designated system to guarantee activity delivery within the building. * Participate in meetings and events organized by the Young Apprentice Program, guiding activities carried out by apprentices to monitor their development and provide guidance whenever necessary. * Physically and financially receive invoices via the designated system to ensure timely payments to suppliers. * Process payable contracts, receivable contracts, non-financial agreements, and partnership agreements via the designated system to formalize and execute negotiations. * Issue service and lease receipt invoices via the operational system to collect payments from clients for activities delivered by the School. * Request system access permissions/releases for staff members via internal tools to support routine operational activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience in people management, project management, budgeting, and finance; * Postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable; * Experience in administrative roles within a higher education institution is desirable. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal counseling (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors.
