Join us in building your future! **Responsibilities:** * The Controller Assistant works in the Controller/Finance/Registration department and is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and compliance of customer registration information. Their work ensures data accuracy and timeliness, meeting the company’s fiscal, legal, and operational requirements. * Key activities include analyzing and verifying registration data such as CNPJ/CPF, corporate name, addresses, and contact information, as well as validating all mandatory documentation according to internal policies. They also perform customer registration, updates, and eventual deactivation in the ERP system (e.g., Protheus). * The professional verifies customers’ fiscal status with relevant authorities and checks information related to CNAE, legal nature, and tax regime. Additionally, they support Finance and Sales departments in credit analysis and commercial terms evaluation. * Responding to internal and external requests, including those from other departments, commercial representatives, and customers, clarifying registration-related inquiries. They also maintain organized and up-to-date registration files and documents, ensuring easy access and audit compliance. * Supporting internal and external audits when required, providing relevant information and documentation.
