### **Responsibilities:**
* Manage strategic and operational aspects of retail, wholesale, and distribution center (DC).
* Lead multidisciplinary teams (sales, logistics, drivers, administration, customer service, and general services).
* Conduct recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes.
* Monitor performance indicators (sales, inventory, costs, and efficiency).
* Coordinate suppliers, service providers, maintenance, and participation in trade shows/events.
* Negotiate budgets, contract services, and oversee their execution.
* Ensure integration between the DC and stores, including supply planning, logistics, and related processes.
### **Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Solid experience in retail/wholesale management, logistics, operations, and team leadership.
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. (Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree).
* **Technical Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of management systems.
* **Competencies:** Organized, analytical, communicative profile with a hands-on attitude and strong focus on results.

### **About the Position:**
* **Work Environment:** Structured, dynamic, and collaborative, with integrated operations across multiple units.
* **Location:** Campo Magro and Curitiba
* **Work Model:** On-site, with travel between units and occasional trips to trade shows.
* **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
