Strategic engagement with stakeholders **Responsibilities:** Responsible for providing technical leadership to the data and business intelligence area, driving the organization's analytical transformation through best practices in data engineering and architecture. Acts as the liaison between technology and business units, ensuring delivery of efficient, secure, and decision-oriented solutions. Your responsibilities include coordinating the data and BI team, ensuring the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, supporting dashboard and analytical model development, and guaranteeing corporate data organization and accessibility. You serve as the technical reference in the area, promoting best practices in data modeling, quality, and governance. You collaborate with the manager and stakeholders to prioritize requirements and monitor trends in BI, analytics, and artificial intelligence, fostering innovations aligned with the company's strategy. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Data Management, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Science, or related disciplines. Solid technical experience in data engineering and architecture, ETL tools, relational and non-relational databases, data lakes, and BI platforms (Power BI). Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
