Ease of negotiation and teamwork **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 08:30–12:30 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT **Sales Assistant – Telesales.** **Location:** * Alvorada Store – Pinheirinho Neighborhood * Alvorada Store \- Boqueirão Neighborhood Alvorada Store \- Uberaba Neighborhood **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels; * Quotation preparation and order follow-up; * Automotive parts inquiry and identification according to customer needs; * Support to sales staff and the sales team; * Customer registration and system updates; * Quotation and negotiation tracking; * After-sales service and customer relationship maintenance; * Telesales demand organization and follow-up. **Compensation:** Salary R$ 2058.00 \+ Meal Voucher R$ 35.00 per day (average R$ 700.00 monthly) \+ Transportation Voucher **Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 * Saturday: 08:30–12:30 **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry will be considered an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ease of negotiation and customer relationship management. Basic computer literacy. Organization, proactivity, and commitment.
