Brasilia **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate production machines, equipment, and systems, performing configuration, adjustment, monitoring, and process control. * Carry out tasks in accordance with established procedures and standards to ensure final product quality. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation. * Monitor and record production data, identifying and resolving operational issues. * Support the production team by assisting with organization, cleaning, and sector replenishment. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Technical knowledge of industrial machine and equipment operation. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents. * Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Familiarity with quality, productivity, and workplace safety concepts. * Prior experience as a Sector Operator or in similar positions will be considered an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of industrial automation systems. * Technical certifications related to the field of work. * Experience with process control and continuous improvement tools. **Additional Information:** Not applicable. **None:** None
