Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster customer loyalty A Human Resources consulting firm is hiring a Maître in Pinhais. **What will you do in this role?:** You will work at a high-end restaurant performing the following duties: Supervise and guide the team of waiters and commis; plan and assign tables to ensure dining room organization and customer experience quality; monitor customer service to guarantee courtesy, efficiency, and attentiveness; greet and seat customers to build strong relationships; coordinate food and beverage services, aligning orders and timing with the kitchen and bar; conduct staff training; manage shift scheduling and performance evaluation for the dining room team; assist in developing the wine list, cocktail menu, and pairing recommendations; monitor hygiene standards, safety protocols, and house rules; directly contribute to customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional experience.
