Description
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, International Trade, or Engineering;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* MS\-Office with advanced Excel, PowerBI, and Power Automate (desirable);
* Experience in global supply chain processes, supplier relationship management, and procurement;
* Project management experience is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure implementation of new parts and suppliers, from the sourcing process with GTP (Procurement) through to production start-up;
* Analyze and ensure definition of optimal logistics flows and logistics parameters with suppliers;
* Participate in cross-functional Product Project meetings;
* Ensure part availability at the point of use for Truck, Bus, Powertrain, and Cab projects;
* Monitor scheduling and delivery of imported and local supplier parts;
* Conduct daily communication with overseas suppliers and logistics terminals to ensure on-time deliveries per EDI;
* Maintain updated logistics parameters in the system (lead time, MRP, EDI);
* Update logistics preparation-level schedules in product projects;
* Analyze root causes of process deviations and implement corrective solutions;
* Promote continuous improvement of processes.
