Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintenance planning and control, ensuring the execution of preventive, predictive, and improvement activities. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis Completed high school education – preferably pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or having completed a technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics;**Job Objective:** Maintenance Planning and Control **\***Experience: Over 3 years as a planner \-Schedule and execute preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities according to the annual calendar. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate maintenance activities with the maintenance and tooling teams; * Ensure execution of maintenance plans (preventive and predictive); * Analyze quality of services rendered and parts supplied; * Schedule maintenance orders in accordance with PCP (Production Control and Planning). * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Analyze and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Manage the maintenance software; * Track records of corrective maintenance requests and orders; * Analyze and control costs; * Manage spare parts inventory; * Ensure scheduling of third-party activities and receipt of service reports; * Comply with all internal procedures and their derivatives (e.g., Code of Ethics, 5S, Safety, Quality, and Environment); * Liaise with parts and service suppliers for quotations and activity planning; * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and associated costs; Preference given to candidates residing near Colombo and familiar with the Manusis software.
