Strict adherence to good practices and safety standards **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Work Location**: * Portão \- Curitiba **Working Hours:** * esc:6x1 seg\-dom: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM **Requirements:** * *Completed Elementary Education* * *Prior experience in this role* **Responsibilities:** Assists in MENU PRODUCTION PROCESSES as directed by supervisor; Supports dish plating and finalization according to required standards; Keeps work area clean and organized; Sanitizes utensils, equipment, and work surfaces from start to end of shift.
