Job Summary: Provide customer service and sales for pharmaceutical and perfumery products, ensuring agile, humanized, and results-oriented service through digital and telephone channels. Support in commercial campaigns and sales targets Job Objective Serve customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, promoting the sale of pharmaceuticals, perfumery, and pharmacy-branded products, while ensuring agile, humanized, and results-oriented service. Main Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels; * Conduct sales of medications, vitamins, dermocosmetics, and convenience products; * Identify customer needs and offer complementary solutions and products; * Provide information on pricing, promotions, payment methods, and delivery timelines; * Accurately register orders in the system; * Monitor order status until delivery completion; * Support company commercial campaigns and sales targets; * Maintain organized customer interactions and update customer registration data; Requirements * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for public interaction and sales; * Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or pharmacy preferred; * Knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical products preferred. * Refer prescriptions and technical inquiries to the responsible pharmacist when necessary; * Uphold excellence in customer service and experience; * Comply with internal regulations, commercial policies, and company procedures.
