This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop practical skills and grow professionally in a dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in handling technical support tickets from users; * Assistance in maintaining computers, laptops, and peripherals; * Support in installing and configuring software and systems; * Support in managing and organizing IT equipment; * Basic support for networks and infrastructure; * Logging and tracking requests in internal systems. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Technical program related to IT (e.g., Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Networking, etc.); * Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and networking); * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of information security; * Prior experience (even academic) in the field. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Teamwork; * Organization and accountability; * Strong interpersonal communication skills. **Working Hours:** * 4 HOURS/DAY Compensation: starting at R$1.100,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
