**Mission:**
Junto Seguros is seeking an experienced professional to join its Compliance, Internal Controls, and Risk Management team. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards, particularly those established by SUSEP. This is a fundamental role for corporate governance and for mitigating operational, legal, and reputational risks.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Regulatory Compliance \-** Review of insurance documents (policies, proposals, and implementations) to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements (SUSEP/CNSP). Monitoring and documenting compliance with regulatory recommendations. Analysis of regulatory inquiries and support for governance and sustainability initiatives.
* **AML/CFT, Fraud, and Anti\-Corruption \-** Execution and review of AML/CFT controls, including enhanced due diligence, monitoring of PEPs, and application of restrictive lists (e.g., OFAC, CEIS, CNEP). Assessment of integrity of customers, suppliers, and partners, with emphasis on the Brazilian Anti\-Corruption Act.
* **Risk Management, Policies, and Controls \-** Mapping of risks and internal controls in critical processes. Management of the risk matrix, identification of gaps, and proposal of action plans. Development and review of policies, manuals, and procedures, ensuring segregation of duties and corporate governance.
* **Training, Culture, and Ethics Channel \-** Development and delivery of compliance, risk, and AML/CFT training for employees, leaders, and executives. Promotion of the Code of Conduct, management of the Ethics Channel, and awareness campaigns.
* **Advisory Opinions and Generalist Support \-** Issuance of compliance opinions and support for strategic decision\-making. Assistance in internal and external audits, and execution of general departmental tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
* Experience in compliance, risk management, and/or internal controls;
* Experience with risk management systems, compliance workflows, or automation tools for controls;
* Basic knowledge of databases or document management platforms;
* Knowledge of sustainability topics;
* Familiarity with compliance tools such as digital due diligence platforms or AML/CFT solutions;
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Compliance, Risk Management, or Insurance;
* Continuous education: Participation in courses, seminars, and workshops on insurance legislation, AML/CFT, the Brazilian Anti\-Corruption Act, and regulatory compliance is highly valued;
* Intermediate English proficiency is desirable for reviewing international regulations and communicating with external consultants.

* This position is based in Curitiba — hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.
