**Responsibilities and Duties**
Continuously monitor Fiscal Free Flow system indicators using operational dashboards to identify failures or anomalies in real time.
Perform periodic remote inspections of Free Flow subsystems (systems, cameras, sensors, networks, switches, servers), detecting early signs of operational failures before they escalate.
Analyze connectivity logs and reports, proactively identifying network failures and service degradation.
Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of IP cameras, local servers, embedded systems, and critical infrastructure.
Record and track completion of field preventive maintenance checklists, promptly alerting the coordinator about any pending items or irregularities identified.
Dispatch and oversee field technicians for failure resolution, ensuring proper completion of service orders and documentation of corrective actions.
Record all incidents, failures, solutions applied, and maintenance actions in internal control systems with clarity and precision.
Ensure operational continuity between shifts by maintaining clear, up-to-date records and accurately communicating critical information at the start and end of each shift.
Support the coordinator in identifying operational improvements and contribute suggestions for updating the maintenance manual.
Collaborate effectively with other analysts and technicians, adhering to protocols and management guidelines.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, Networks, or related fields.
**Professional Experience:** Prior technical support experience in IT, NOC (Network Operations Center), or mission-critical environments is desirable.
**Desired Skills:** Strong technical reading ability and capacity to interpret dashboards and graphs; knowledge of networking, embedded systems, or automation; familiarity with IP-based CCTV, surveillance cameras, and electronic sensors; knowledge of virtualization, clusters, and databases; organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
