We are looking for new talents to help us go further. **Responsibilities and Duties** Continuously monitor Fiscal Free Flow system indicators using operational dashboards to identify failures or anomalies in real time. Perform periodic remote inspections of Free Flow subsystems (systems, cameras, sensors, networks, switches, servers), detecting early signs of operational failures before they escalate. Analyze connectivity logs and reports, proactively identifying network failures and service degradation. Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of IP cameras, local servers, embedded systems, and critical infrastructure. Record and track completion of field preventive maintenance checklists, promptly alerting the coordinator about any pending items or irregularities identified. Dispatch and oversee field technicians for failure resolution, ensuring proper completion of service orders and documentation of corrective actions. Record all incidents, failures, solutions applied, and maintenance actions in internal control systems with clarity and precision. Ensure operational continuity between shifts by maintaining clear, up-to-date records and accurately communicating critical information at the start and end of each shift. Support the coordinator in identifying operational improvements and contribute suggestions for updating the maintenance manual.
