From the simplest to the most special moments, we nourish life through quality, innovation, and the people who make it all happen. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Draft, analyze, and review medium-complexity and medium-impact operational contracts and related documents, within the client portfolios under their responsibility; * Provide advisory services to client departments regarding their assigned portfolios, including ongoing negotiations and issues related to the execution of medium-complexity contracts, assisting client departments in decision-making; * Support the management of outsourced legal advisory services concerning contract portfolios under their responsibility; * Ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies, especially those developed by the Legal Department; * Deliver training sessions to client departments according to their scope of activities, using materials prepared by senior attorneys, specialists, and coordinators and approved by Management; * Update departmental reports and controls (indicator management, billing, and tracking of activities performed outside the contract management system); * Organize schedules according to management-established routines and present departmental results (indicator management); * Support management in implementing departmental improvement projects; * Support management in fulfilling internal audit requirements; * Receive guidance from more senior leadership or mentors to enhance work performance and professional growth; * Comply with the BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote indicator management, fulfillment of global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, and alignment of individual actions with sustainable development across the BRF value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law: **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Experience in contract management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; Apply now and become part of **MBRF**!
