




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for leading and monitoring the validation of production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing continuous improvements to enhance quality. Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset, which empowers our employees as a high-performance team. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Production Process Validation: Lead production process validation, ensuring all processes comply with medical device standards such as ISO 13485:2016 and RDC 665, and implement improvements when necessary. * Production Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production processes, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to ensure product conformity and quality. * Data Analysis: Perform critical analysis of quality indicator data, report nonconformities, and suggest corrective actions to improve processes. * Report Generation: Generate detailed performance reports, including quality data, and present recommendations to relevant departments. * Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify recurring issues in production processes, analyze root causes, and implement more complex corrective actions. * Continuous Improvement Project Management: Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance, guaranteeing successful execution within established deadlines. * Document Development and Review: Develop, review, and approve quality-related documents, such as operational procedures and project-related documentation, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards. * Systems Knowledge: Use enterprise systems such as SAP and other corporate software more proficiently to manage data and optimize processes. * Meeting Facilitation: Conduct routine and operational-topic meetings, aligning stakeholders and ensuring objective and deadline achievement. * Audit Participation: Coordinate and actively contribute to internal and external audits, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory and quality requirements. **What do you need to have or know?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Health Sciences. * Master’s degree in Quality, Quality Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * Green Belt certification is desirable. * Experience in Quality or Production Processes-related areas. * Experience leading Production Process validations is desirable. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * Intermediate English (fluent reading/writing and limited technical communication). * Knowledge of production process validation and regulatory standards. **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * Meals at the factory cafeteria;; * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (Gympass); * Commuter allowance or parking subsidy; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Internal development programs; * Discounts on our product lines; * Growth opportunities.
