Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Provide operational and administrative support to the Investments area, with priority focus on supporting the Commercial area; * Execute and monitor routines related to individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) account opening, maintenance, and closure; * Update registration records, verify and regularize documentation, manage suitability assessments, regulatory terms and powers, and process subscriptions, redemptions, billing notices, custody transfers, and TEDs (Immediate Transfer Document); * Handle operational requests originating from Commercial channels, the App, Netbank, Customer Service Center (SAC), and institutional e\-mails, ensuring smooth customer service, proper handling of tickets and operational incidents; * Collaborate with departments such as Treasury, Compliance, Products, Middle Office, Technology, LGPD, Internal and External Audit, contributing to meeting deadlines, regulatory controls, reconciliations, verification of automated reports, audits, and continuous improvement of operational processes. **Expected outcomes:** * Accurate, timely, and standardized execution of Backoffice operational routines, directly contributing to Commercial area efficiency and customer experience quality. * Organization, attention to detail, and prioritization ability to reduce rework, mitigate operational errors, maintain regulatory compliance, and support smooth interdepartmental process operations. * Gains in operational efficiency through correct use of internal systems, support for audit, compliance, and LGPD controls, and a collaborative attitude to identify improvement opportunities in existing workflows. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle simultaneous tasks. * Clear communication and collaborative attitude for direct interaction with the Commercial area and other supporting departments within the institution. * Familiarity with digital tools, internal systems, and Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative and operational routines at financial institutions, investment areas, or backoffice functions. * Basic knowledge of financial products, account opening and maintenance processes, suitability assessments, compliance, and banking operations. * Experience in high-volume environments, cross-departmental collaboration, and participation in audit or operational control routines will be considered a plus. **Work model:** Employees residing in Curitiba and its metropolitan region: Hybrid.
