




Job Summary: A professional to plan, execute, and analyze multichannel CRM campaigns, manage the customer database, and optimize customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with BI, Commercial, and Technology teams. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and analyze multichannel CRM campaigns (e\-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, push, etc.); * Manage the customer database (RFM, clustering, data cleansing, and enrichment); * Create and monitor automated relationship and loyalty workflows; * Monitor CRM KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, churn rate, and LTV; * Support the marketing team with purchase behavior insights; * Collaborate with BI, Commercial, and Technology teams to develop personalized initiatives; * Continuously improve customer journeys and experiences. **Requirements:** * Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (RD Station, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zenvia, ExactTarget, etc.); * Knowledge of database segmentation, RFM analysis, funnels, and customer journeys; * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and basic HTML for e\-mail marketing; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Differentiators:** * Experience in retail or e\-commerce; * Experience with loyalty programs and cashback systems; * Familiarity with Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools; * Interest in AI applications for CRM.
