Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections, monitoring hygiene and integrity, recording non-conformities, and overseeing animal welfare. Key Highlights: 1. Perform ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections according to instructions 2. Monitor hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines 3. Control quality parameters and complete operational reports **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform ante-mortem and post\-mortem inspections according to SISE/SIF/SISBI instructions; * Monitor hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines; * Record non-conformities and guide immediate correction with operators; * Monitor animal welfare from arrival through bleeding; * Control temperature, pH, appearance, bruises, and other quality parameters; * Complete reports, checklists, and operational spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Flexible availability. **Work Location:** Chacaras Neighborhood (Av.
