Key duties include: * Operate roller compactors in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. * Perform compaction of soils, base layers, and asphaltic surfacings, ensuring uniformity and quality of work. * Inspect equipment conditions prior to commencing operations, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance. * Complete daily operation and maintenance reports for the equipment. * Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient task execution and adherence to established deadlines. * Follow instructions from the site engineer or supervisor regarding technical specifications and operational procedures. * Identify and report any anomalies or repair requirements related to the equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized worksite, complying with safety and environmental regulations.
