Job Summary: Assist in pavement construction projects by preparing the site, operating light tools, and transporting materials, while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Handle tools and equipment during work activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prepare the worksite, including cleaning and debris removal. * Assist in installing safety barriers and traffic signage. * Operate hand tools and light equipment, such as shovels, picks, and soil compactors. * Transport and handle construction materials, including asphalt, crushed stone, and sand. * Assist in applying and compacting asphalt layers, ensuring uniformity and pavement quality. * Perform maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment used on-site. * Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the work team to ensure efficiency and quality of performed tasks. * Assist in traffic signage and guidance during construction activities. * Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and instructions from immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Ability to operate manual and electric tools. * Capacity to work in a team. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Good physical condition to perform labor activities. * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance
