Opportunity for Junior/Trainee professionals Sinop, MT The company accepts applications from candidates located anywhere in Brazil Junior/ Trainee To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Perform activities related to the sale of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and seeds, providing technical support to the sales team and developing demonstration areas; Participate in the planning and monitoring of crop management in areas financed by AMAGGI, contributing to grain sourcing, market share expansion, and return on invested capital. Carry out market development by selecting potential partners (farmers) according to corporate strategies, defining demonstration areas, and comparing performance against conventional products, aiming to expand regional market share. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering; Knowledge of soybean and corn crop management (weeds, diseases, pests, fertilization, seeds, pesticides), sales, and market development will be considered a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); Active CREA registration.
