Conduct cash drawer opening, reconciliation, and closing. Provide service in person, by phone, and via email. Deliver information, support, and respond to requests during guests' stays. Register and manage reservations and guest records in the system. Process payments and assist with front desk organization and operations. Previous experience as a Bilingual Receptionist, Bilingual Customer Service Assistant, Bilingual Sales Consultant, or Bilingual Customer Service Agent may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
