Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing the site, assembling and disassembling equipment, supporting the field team, and ensuring safety.

Prepare the site for assembly by removing obstacles and leveling uneven ground;
Assemble and disassemble equipment following the assembly supervisor’s instructions;
Support and accompany the field team in all their needs;
Ensure correct equipment installation;
Thread the steel cable through the traction box and fall arrest device, and coil excess steel cable onto reels;
Test the functionality of accessories such as clamps, scissors jacks, and base plates;
Collect unused and/or disassembled parts and place them in a designated secure location for immediate removal;
Ensure personal and team safety;
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) while performing tasks;
Requirements: Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety
Minimum 6 months’ operational experience as an assembly assistant.
Availability to work on weekends
Availability for travel
Desirable: Driver’s license category B
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: Starting from R$2.607,37 per month
