Check the details about this position: * Raise employee awareness regarding workplace accident prevention; * Conduct daily inspections of environmental conditions and work activities performed by employees and third parties; * Prevent workplace accidents within the organization; in case of occurrence, analyze, investigate, and record workplace accidents, as well as update accident statistics; * Monitor maintenance of fire suppression systems (fire extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, sprinklers) and fire detection systems; * Organize and convene CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) elections; * Attend monthly meetings and training sessions for CIPA members; * Prepare and submit legally required reports to competent authorities; * Participate in the formation of fire brigades; * Provide, in cases of workplace accidents, the Accident Registration and Investigation Form and CAT (Workplace Accident Communication); * Inspect the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (PPE and CPE); * Deliver educational lectures/training sessions; * Support the implementation of SIPAT (Internal Week for Workplace Accident Prevention); * Compile workplace accident statistics; * Participate in the development of the PGR (Risk Management Program); * Monitor PPCE (Prevention and Emergency Control Plan) simulations; * Prepare, jointly with the Human Resources Department, the PPP (Occupational Profile Record); * Monitor environmental assessments of physical agents (noise and heat), chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related hazards. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe that **care** begins with preparation and intention, this may be the right place for you.
