Take a look: **Your responsibilities will include:** **Working on software projects across various industries:** healthcare, energy, manufacturing, consumer electronics, etc.; Collaborating on research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) projects with developers, engineers, project coordinators, clients, and users; Translating concepts into user flows, personas, wireframes (and other tools and methods) to facilitate alignment with internal teams and stakeholders; Planning, conducting, and analyzing user research; Prototyping and iterating to develop solutions for hypotheses and problems; Defining navigational and aesthetic standards for interface components based on context and requirements; Preparing design specifications for the development team and evaluating implementation. We expect you to have the following knowledge and skills: Experience in UX Design for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications; Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing graphical interfaces; Knowledge of user research; Proficiency in Figma; Experience with component libraries and design systems; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **It would be a plus if you have experience in:** **Mastery of research techniques:** contextual interviews, surveys, usability testing and analysis, etc.; Experience consolidating user research data to align development teams, stakeholders, and other actors; Ability to manage design activities to track requirements and deliver value to the project; Familiarity with software development environments; Interest in diverse projects and new domains; A curious mindset and critical thinking; Flexibility and openness to discussion. **Your education should include:** A completed undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Product Design, Animation Design, Digital Design, or Game Design. **Availability:** 40 hours per week.
