At ANIMAZ, we value exceptional customer service, where the priority is customer and pet satisfaction and understanding the needs of both the pet and its guardian. **Responsibilities:** \* Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after purchase, adapting to the customer's personality. \* Provide customer support to assist with correct product usage, understanding each pet’s specific needs. \* Develop in-depth knowledge of pet shop products and services through study and training, ensuring safe service delivery and facilitating overall purchase comprehension. \* Cancel incorrect sales resulting from insufficient understanding of the customer’s pet’s needs, delivering high-value service. \* Serve customers in-store by clarifying doubts and offering exceptional service. \* Sell veterinary products and services, understanding customers’ and their pets’ needs. \* Collaborate with the team to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment. \* Stay updated on offered products and services. **Requirements:** \* Prior basic knowledge of the veterinary segment or previous experience (internship or employment) in veterinary clinics, pet shops, or related establishments is considered a plus. \* Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. \* Proactive, dynamic, and dedicated attitude. \* Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule. \* Ability to handle high-demand situations, demonstrating organization and resilience. \* Teamwork capability and willingness to learn and grow professionally. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills. **Advantages:** \* Passion for animals and empathy toward pet guardians. \* Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Employment Type: Full-time CLT** Compensation: R$1\.650,00 per month **Benefits:** \* Meal voucher \* Transportation voucher or fuel voucher **Additional Compensation:** \* 13th salary Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.650,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Customer Service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
