This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II whose mission will be to coordinate and execute field equipment assembly activities in accordance with the project, aiming to meet delivery deadlines, cost targets, and predefined quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments on machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal operating condition. **Job Description** * Execute the agreed-upon project, install and/or replace parts, reprogram, test, and release for production. Prepare and submit reports related to performed services, as per procedure. * Visit customers to assess existing conditions at the plant for equipment installation. * Coordinate and guide third-party assembly teams, assigning tasks and providing necessary technical support for project execution. * Monitor and evaluate physical progress of the project against scheduled timelines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work. * Coordinate and/or perform equipment start-up services. * Arrange customer acceptance of project completion through submission of the handover protocol. Suggest improvements to the assembly process. * Carry out assembly operations. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or regulations relating to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, labor legislation, as well as safeguarding the organization, custody, security, and confidentiality of documentation under one’s responsibility, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. * Perform other related duties as directed by one’s immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. * Minimum experience in the field. * Knowledge of standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters; NRs 01, 06, and 10 (mandatory); NRs 11 and 35 (desirable). * Desirable knowledge of electronics. * Desirable knowledge of industrial automation. * Proficiency in Word and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Updated knowledge of administrative routine practices. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Employee Assistance Program – Lifeworks (psychological counseling, social assistance, financial consulting, and legal advisory services). * Complimentary medical assistance for employees, with only co-payment required. * Dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance. * On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (VR), depending on position. * We provide specialized training on high-quality products, supply all necessary equipment and PPE, and support excellent company work practices and training programs. **What makes us special:** We offer a stimulating and challenging position within a multicultural and global team.
