If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in preventive maintenance—from planning, execution, completion, and analysis; * Calibrate hot-end systems (die head, die, adapters, feedblock, screen changer, screw, and barrel); * Design and draft using electronic tools (AutoCAD, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, TinkerCad); * Operate lifting equipment, platforms, and forklifts—authorized personnel only; * Operate torches, flame throwers, and LPG gas cylinders used for cleaning machine components; * Use lathe and milling machines to create, repair, modify, or adjust machine parts; * Develop or participate in developing checklists, procedures, and work instructions; * Follow procedures, standardized work methods, and checklists during preventive, corrective, or inspection routines; * Operate metalworking tools such as cutting, welding, sawing, sanding, and drilling equipment; * Record and log all corrective and preventive actions in the SAP system via maintenance orders, service requests, and other internal tools; * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance on refrigeration and compressed air systems per procedures and checklists; * Develop and train other mechanics on work instructions to drive departmental improvements; * Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics; * Use instrumentation and metrology equipment (tape measure, caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, etc.); * Keep the workplace (workshop) consistently clean and organized; * Conduct thorough cleaning of equipment/machines and the area before releasing them to users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Valid NR12 and NR35 certifications; * Basic Mechanics training; * Must reside in the Manaus–AM region. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Commuter Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
