Candidates must possess leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently. **** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the GSE fleet; * Supervise technical and mechanical staff; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; * Manage inventory of spare parts and materials; * Prepare technical and operational reports; * Support audits and inspections; * Control maintenance costs and propose improvements; * Interface with suppliers and service providers; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced technical knowledge of electrical systems, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems. * Proven experience in maintenance of GPUs, ACUs, and ASUs. * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Prior experience in maintenance of airport ground support equipment. * Additional certifications in diesel engine or hydraulic system maintenance. * Familiarity with airport safety standards and operational regulations. * Excellent teamwork and conflict management skills; * English proficiency is a plus. Regarding **physical requirements**, broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, upper and lower limb articulation, bipedal standing posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation are required to perform maintenance tasks and respond to emergency services. Regarding **sensory requirements**, visual acuity is required for inspections, maintenance, and driving company vehicles (a regulated activity under the Brazilian Traffic Code – CTB), and auditory perception is required for telephone support, communication with colleagues, identification of abnormal noises from components and equipment, and recognition of emergency sound signals in public roads and operational areas. Regarding **neuropsychic requirements**, attention, concentration, organizational ability, creativity, interpretation of technical drawings and data, and initiative to resolve causal situations are required. **Additional Information** It is nearly impossible to walk through an airport in Brazil without seeing the **dnata** logo.
