PlayMais is your place.** **We are seeking an FTTH Installer.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform optical fiber, FTTx, and GPON installation and maintenance; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain optical fiber network availability per SLA; * Record service requests in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to second-level support when necessary; * Guide and resolve customer inquiries regarding service usage; * Deliver user training on system usage; * Ensure customer success and handle unique service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma; * Basic knowledge of computer science and networking; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Skills in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours during standard business hours; * This is an on-site position located in Manacapuru \- therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Training opportunities and career growth; * Transportation Allowance.
