We value curious professionals who constantly think about how to deliver the best outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and route documents related to clinical processes. * Monitor authorizations, procedures, and high-cost materials. * Organize and maintain medical records. * Restock department-related supplies. * Conduct pre-audits of medical records. * Handle administrative processes related to medical records. * Act as an agent aware of one’s professional role in achieving expected Excellence outcomes, ensuring behavior and conduct comply with the institution’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Nursing Technician (Preferred) Minimum experience in the role Strong interpersonal skills Good communication skills **Additional Information** Salary: R$ 1.899,00 + 324.20 (Hazard Pay) Schedule: **Monday to Thursday** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and **Friday** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour break).
