Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and attentive Lead Security Guard for access control, preventive patrols, and team support, ensuring the protection of people and facilities at a multinational client. Work with a multinational client We currently have an opening for a Lead Security Guard under one of our contracts. We seek professionals who are committed, vigilant, and ethically grounded to ensure the protection of people, products, and facilities. Responsibilities include access control, preventive patrols, monitoring suspicious movements, supporting store staff, and logging incidents—all in strict adherence to established security protocols. The professional will be assigned to one of our multinational clients. Mandatory Requirements: * Valid security guard training or refresher course * Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule (day and night) * Prior experience in this role is a strong advantage in the selection process. ✔️ LEAD SECURITY GUARD * 12X36 shift schedule (day and night) Salary: BRL 1,750.06 + Hazard Pay + Functional Bonus.
