Job Summary: A Workplace Safety professional responsible for inspecting areas, recording incidents, preparing reports, and delivering safety training to ensure employee safety. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inspecting and ensuring safety across all areas of the company 2. Engaged in accident prevention and occupational health promotion 3. Opportunity to deliver critical safety training **Responsibilities:** * Record Workplace Accidents * Record accidents using standardized forms and photographs of injuries and injury sources, aiming to identify root causes and eliminate them; * Prepare inspection reports, risk situation reports, accident and incident reports, and monthly cost reports, to document occurrences, track action plans, and suggest process improvements; * Inspect all company areas using checklists, aiming to detect potential irregularities and ensure employee safety; * Promote and support environmental preservation activities, such as proper waste disposal; * Evaluate workplace environmental conditions and issue technical opinions to plan work safely for employees; * Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; * Distribute and manage PPE for employees based on area mapping, aiming to protect employee health and monitor appropriate usage; * Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Develop the Waste Management Program (PGR) in accordance with NR-01; * Deliver NR-12 training (Machinery and Equipment Safety); * Deliver NR-05 training (CIPA); * Manage internal oversight of third-party companies. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School and Technical Training in Occupational Safety (registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE); * Minimum required experience is 6 months, per Law No. 11,644, Article 442-A. **Desirable Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Courses in Ergonomic Analysis, NR Legislation, and First Aid.
