You are applying for the **Distribution \& Logistics Analyst** position. **About the Opportunity** We seek a professional to manage billing and shipments, serving as a key link between planning, operations, and logistics. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient load scheduling, accurate issuance of fiscal documents, and tracking of domestic and export shipments—guaranteeing timeliness, quality, and process compliance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Generate and update weekly and daily reports and spreadsheets for sales orders and load configuration, ensuring proper planning of domestic and export shipments. * Plan and execute load composition, optimizing truck and container capacity per departmental procedures. * Execute customer order billing per the established calendar, including issuance and control of DANFEs (Electronic Fiscal Invoice). * Schedule and communicate shipments to carriers and involved departments, ensuring resource availability and loading follow-up. * Confirm loads, organize, and ensure correct shipment documentation is sent along with materials. * Ensure daily Outbound Communication Center meetings are held, monitoring planning, performance, KPIs, and action items. * Handle customer complaints and implement, monitor, and update area improvement actions and KPIs. * Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and operational processes, acting preventively and remedially with involved departments. * Ensure compliance with Management Systems standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal procedures, mitigating non-conformance risks. * Monitor requirements for auxiliary shipping materials, ensuring correct movements and inventory adjustments in SAP. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** **Minimum Education Required:** * **Degree:** Bachelor’s degree completed. * **Field of Study:** Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Required Languages:** * **Language:** Spanish \| **Proficiency Level:** Intermediate; * **Language:** English \| **Proficiency Level:** Intermediate; **Required Technical Skills:** * Supply Chain knowledge. * Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards. * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs). * Power BI system operation experience. * Knowledge of IATA (International Air Transport Association). * Process management. * Negotiation techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Inventory management. * Data analysis and reporting. * Supply chain knowledge. * Compliance and regulatory standards. * Logistics software skills (TMS/WMS). * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems knowledge. * Project management.
