Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of medical-hospital supplies, medications, and consumables, contributing to patient care. Key Highlights: 1. Daily supply of materials and medications to healthcare units 2. Organization and control of medical product inventories 3. Support to healthcare teams and logistical processes * Ensure continuous and organized supply of medical-hospital supplies, medications, and consumables to healthcare units, contributing to uninterrupted patient care through inventory control, replenishment, and support to healthcare teams, in compliance with institutional standards and patient safety requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily supply of materials and medications to healthcare units; * Replenish nursing station inventories according to consumption levels and established minimum stock thresholds; * Verify materials and medications received from the pharmacy and warehouse, checking quantities, integrity, and expiration dates; * Organize nursing station inventories, maintaining proper product identification, cleanliness, and storage conditions; * Fulfill material and medication requests from healthcare teams within established timeframes; * Monitor material and medication consumption, reporting discrepancies, losses, damages, or expirations; * Return unused materials and medications following institutional procedures; * Support periodic inventories of materials and medications; * Monitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs before stockouts occur; * Comply with material and medication storage, traceability, and safety standards; * Assist in verification of clinical and surgical kits when applicable; * Maintain organization of nursing stations and storage areas; * Record movements in information systems when required; * Support initiatives to improve healthcare logistical processes; * Comply with quality, patient safety, infection control, and occupational safety standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education, * Experience in hospital logistics, hospital warehousing, hospital pharmacy, distribution centers, or activities related to supply of materials and medications. * Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields. **Additional Information** * Availability for business hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * Meals provided on-site.
