We value curious professionals who constantly think about how to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle, triage, and route internal and external calls * Schedule medical consultations and examinations * Confirm scheduled appointments **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum prior experience in this role; * Experience performing duties related to this role in a clinical/hospital setting; * Experience handling health insurance plans (convênios); * Proficiency in Tasy/HTML systems; * Familiarity with telephone systems. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday** 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and **Saturday** 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (rotating shift). **Salary**: R$ 1.621,00 + 324.20 (Hazard Pay) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Allowance Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub - Gympass Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
