Together, we continue refining our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a professional with a strong negotiation profile, business vision, and the ability to build solid relationships with key customers—directly contributing to business expansion and brand consolidation in the market. * Strategically prospect new customers, strengthen commercial relationships, and expand business opportunities in the field (external sales). * Implement, apply, and consolidate structured prospecting processes and workflows, ensuring commercial discipline and improved performance. * Develop effective commercial approaches aligned with market needs and the company’s positioning. * Design action plans and drive their execution through pre-defined initiatives, ensuring consistent results. * Build, monitor, and measure client and prospect portfolio indicators, identifying opportunities and risks. * Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and negotiation leadership—aiming for retention and sustainable growth. * Represent the company at industry events, strengthening networking and institutional positioning. * Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and supporting materials focused on conversion and deal closure. * Track prospecting status by participating in internal and external meetings for alignment, planning, and decision-making. * Serve the **indirect consumption** channel, working with distributors responsible for high sales volumes and significant commercial impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in the food industry, preferably in dairy and refrigerated products. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics (margin, markup). * Experience in the **indirect consumption** channel will be considered a differentiator. * Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Operating region: Amazonas and Roraima.
