It is precisely such sighs we strive to evoke — working harder and better every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in projects within the area of expertise; * Develop improvement initiatives within the area of expertise; * Support the investigation and resolution of issues related to processes, products, machines, and devices using analytical tools; * Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes, machines, tools, and layout; * Participate in performance indicator analyses (cost, quality, productivity, etc.) related to the area of expertise; * Support the analysis and development of action plans to improve production line efficiency and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY: * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Creativity.
