Serving as the primary point of contact between the director, employees, clients, and partners Tire Retailer and Auto Center in Manaus seeks an Executive Secretary. **Responsibilities:** Manage and organize the director's professional and personal schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events. Monitor deadlines, set reminders, and organize the director's daily tasks. Arrange corporate and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact between the director, employees, clients, and partners. Support the director's personal needs when required (e.g., appointments, payments, reservations, etc.). Organize meetings, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making. Manage payments, expenses, and administrative requests for the executive team. Ensure confidentiality and proper organization of the company’s strategic information. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Secretary, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Secretary may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
