We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society. **Roles \& Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Performance Management: Monitor daily production KPIs (efficiency, productivity, quality, cost, and safety), consolidate monthly reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions; * People Management: Supervise team leaders, operators, and assistants, promoting team development, engagement, and discipline. Conduct periodic training focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement; * Planning and Organization: Assign and prioritize tasks according to the production schedule, ensuring appropriate resource utilization and on-time delivery; * Process Management: Oversee work orders, machine operation, raw material supply, and product quality, ensuring compliance with established standards; * Maintenance Management: Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs; * Operational Cost Management: Control operational expenses—including energy consumption, materials, and productive resources—to improve efficiency and reduce waste; * Raw Material Consumption Management: Track and analyze raw material consumption, identify deviations, and implement actions to optimize utilization and minimize losses; * Continuous Improvement: Implement practices related to organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance, while fostering initiatives to optimize production processes; * Compliance Management: Support internal and external audits, ensure adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, and promote a culture of quality and safety; * Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with related departments (maintenance, logistics, quality, and engineering) to ensure process integration and smooth operations. **Min.
