Opportunity for organized and analytical professionals **Position: Materials Analyst** Responsible for controlling material intake, outbound logistics, and warehousing, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper production supply. Conducts physical and system-based verification, ERP data entry, periodic and cycle inventory tracking, and stock level monitoring to support procurement planning. Also prepares management reports and performance indicators, ensuring warehouse organization according to established standards. We seek an organized, analytical professional with experience in supply chain, ERP systems (Microsiga/TOTVS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of metallurgical materials, intermediate English, and basic Japanese are advantages. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor the intake and outbound flow of materials, raw materials, and components; * Ensure proper storage in accordance with organizational, identification, and safety standards; * Perform physical and system-based verification to ensure inventory accuracy; * Record movements in the system (intakes, outflows, transfers, and adjustments); * Monitor periodic and cycle inventories, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions; * Monitor stock levels to support procurement planning and prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Control production materials (steel, pipes, sheets, components, and welding consumables); * Prepare management reports and warehouse performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsiga (TOTVS); * Experience with inventories (cycle and full); * Experience with material flow in the supply chain. **Advantages:** * Basic knowledge of metallurgical materials; * Intermediate English; * Basic Japanese.
