




Job Summary: You will be responsible for controlling tools and machinery, organizing the warehouse, receiving and managing goods, performing ERP system write-offs, and conducting periodic inventories. Administrative Routines: ERP system write-offs and periodic inventories. **In Our Team**, you will be responsible for controlling tools and machinery used on-site, organizing the warehouse, receiving goods, performing write-offs of received material requisitions in the ERP system, physically delivering goods to requesters, conducting periodic inventories, sorting materials, identifying materials, preparing photographic reports of the warehouse, reporting to the site administration and engineering departments regarding tools requiring maintenance/replacement, and managing rented tools and equipment available on-site. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Key Deliverables:** * **Inventory and Materials Management:** Receive goods (verifying invoices against purchase orders), organize storage on shelves/pallets, and perform sorting and physical delivery to requesters. * **Asset and Tooling Control:** Monitor machinery and tools (owned and rented) via spreadsheets and photographic reports, identifying maintenance or return requirements. * **Administrative Routines:** Perform requisition write-offs and inventory balance control in ERP systems (RM/TOTVS) and Google Sheets, as well as conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. * **Internal Interface:** Report warehouse status and tool conditions to Engineering and Administration departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed High School.
