Organize goods on shelves, counters, and refrigerated chambers. Monitor product shelf life and storage conditions. Perform stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Check refrigeration equipment temperatures. Discard products unfit for consumption. Maintain department cleanliness and organization. Assist in goods receipt and verification. Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and supermarket procedures. Previous experience as a Food Operator, Fresh Products Operator, Fruits and Vegetables Operator, or Perishables Operator may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
