PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist \- Pilates **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Rua JequiePlanalto \| Manaus AM **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques to restore, develop, and preserve clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements below may be requested at any time. PILATES CERTIFICATION. **VERIFICATION:** Mandatory requirements must be verified through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by a recognized institution. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO (Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy). **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card corresponding to the Regional Council where practice is authorized. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **VERIFICATION:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, along with a description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly related to the requirements stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of a service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
