Requirements and competencies: * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics * Solid experience in financial management and strategic analysis * Knowledge of controllership, auditing, income statements (DRE), and balance sheets * Experience in financial leverage and cash flow management * Experience in credit management and banking relationships * Advanced Excel proficiency, Conta Azul/ERP systems, and spreadsheets * Analytical and strategic mindset with results orientation Key responsibilities: * Manage controllership, cash flow, credit, and banking relationships * Monitor income statements (DRE), balance sheets, and financial KPIs * Support financial modeling and profitability analysis * Participate in budgeting, investment decisions, and executive decision-making * Develop financial leverage and growth strategies * Ensure organization and efficiency of financial processes Contract type: PJ Location: Manaus – AM We offer a competitive salary + cost-of-living allowance Goals and KPIs: * Updated projected cash flow for 30/60/90 days * Minimum net margin for eligible contracts ≥ 10% * Timely delivery of financial reports and income statements (DRE) * Profitability ratios ≥ 10% * Tax benefit utilization ≥ 95% * Timely submission of tax obligations * Timely payments * Accurate system entries Join a company that values strategy, growth, and professional development!
