Manaus\-AM, ZIP Code 69020\-54 Schedule: 08:00 \- 13:00 / 14:12 \- 18:00 (Monday to Friday) **PERMANENT POSITION \- CLT \- 100% ON-SITE** What We Seek: Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Minimum two years of proven professional experience in the field. Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, and ITSM tools. Responsibilities: Evaluating and following up on pending tickets and conducting user satisfaction surveys. Monitoring and tracking SLA indicators. Periodically updating diagrams, flowcharts, and technical documentation for respective categories. Maintaining a detailed and up-to-date inventory of institutional assets, including network information, hardware details, and equipment identification. Verifying and updating firmware, software, and security patches according to manufacturers' recommendations. Updating guidelines and procedures for opening tickets with suppliers and manufacturers. Analyzing audit logs to identify anomalies and potential threats, including recording and attaching evidence. Incident analysis and monitoring via Zabbix for Storage and Backup category assets. Access control auditing, validating performed operations, users, and date/time records. Verifying equipment and solution health, including alerts, connections, LUN mapping, and "Phone Home" monitoring. Performing backup integrity tests through restoration processes. Updating the Backup Plan and other related documentation for the Storage and Backup category.
