**Key daily responsibilities:**
* Monitor hourly production yield and output volume, compare data against targets, and take corrective actions for any deviations.
* Support supervision/management to ensure all personnel working in operations are trained and qualified.
* Monitor scrap and bonepile levels across production lines and implement actions to reduce or eliminate them.
* Understand all workstation operations under your responsibility to ensure smooth process execution.
* Ensure necessary team member training for area operations, as well as up\-to\-date training records.
* Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration, manage electronic timekeeping for your team, serve as the focal point for audits, maintain consumables used in the area, and control and maintain the area.
* Control materials in bonepile\-related inventory.
* Ensure seamless information handover between shifts.
* Keep your team consistently informed on matters of general interest.
* Treat your team with respect and dignity.
* Cultivate an atmosphere of harmony, high motivation, and mutual respect among team members and across shifts.
* Apply Six Sigma Lean, 5S, ESD, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety concepts.
* Ensure data entry into the shop floor control system.
* Assist in identifying employees with high, medium, and low performance.
* Follow standards, procedures, and operational instructions.
* Comply with company policies.
* Collaborate effectively within teams and with the company.
* Escalate issues when necessary.
* Generate operational reports upon request.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, and implemented management systems.
* Maintain order, security, and preservation of materials, equipment under your responsibility, and the workplace; maintain organized documentation related to work processes; and safeguard confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Perform other duties related to your role and work process procedures.
