Reporting to the **Senior Program Manager**, the **Mid Business Analyst** role involves... **Key day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Conduct analysis and reporting activities (e.g., project, financial, logistics, delivery risk) across projects, providing required information, updating schedules, preparing reports, making necessary contacts, and recording and updating actions in the ERP system to support business team requirements. * Maintain internal communication with various company departments, supporting and negotiating actions related to pricing, billing, costs, production planning, feasibility studies, and delivery issue resolution to promote customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company commercial directives. * Perform detailed analysis — under occasional supervision — of FOL (Forecast on Line), P\&L (Profit \& Loss), and QVA (Quote vs Actual), identifying and highlighting discrepancies. * Perform approval and impact analysis — under occasional supervision — of ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), flagging identified anomalies. * Manage customer information related to system registration items, service quotation issuance, orders, purchase orders, revenue and product cost evolution, production and delivery levels, and payments, in accordance with signed contracts and/or current plans, taking corrective, preventive, and/or informational actions. * Provide administrative support for product pricing preparation, “true\-up”, foreign exchange variation, and “claims”. * Support customers by providing information regarding products, shipments, order modifications and releases, as well as collecting feedback on customer satisfaction and action plans, under appropriate supervision. * Analyze data for delivery performance studies, sales planning, and control. * Participate — as required — in conferences and meetings with stakeholders involved in ongoing projects (e.g., Engineering, PCP), to collect and provide all necessary/demanded information. * Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems. * Ensure proper handling, custody, and maintenance of materials and equipment under your responsibility, as well as workplace organization and documentation related to work processes. * Perform other duties related to your role and work process procedures. **The experience we seek to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency * Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of company cost structure * Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes * Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) * Knowledge of foreign exchange legislation * Knowledge of manufacturing processes * Knowledge of costing systems * Knowledge of foreign trade legislation * Knowledge of proposal development techniques * Knowledge of project management techniques (PMBOK and/or agile methodologies) **Job Category** ---------------- Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
