Your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service to clarify inquiries and suggestions; * Recording and tracking complaint history; * Directing complaints to the responsible department and following up to ensure resolution within the timeframe stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code; * Validating the resolution of the issue with the customer; * Supporting the sales and logistics departments in delivering customer service; * Performing other related duties as described above. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate-level computer skills; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in customer service; Preferred Qualifications: * Desired: Proven experience in this role; * Desired: Understanding of the sales/commercial process.
